As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a HR Digital Transformation Lead to join its IT team.
The HR Digital Transformation Lead will act as a strategic advisor and technology partner, ensuring HR has the digital support needed to achieve operational excellence and drive transformation. The role aims to deliver high-value digital solutions enhancing employee experience, HR efficiency, and decision-making.
In recent years, HR has launched key transformation programmes but has faced limitations due to fragmented tools and local solutions. This role will bridge the gap by driving a cohesive digital agenda, aligned with corporate IT standards, security, and strategies.
YOUR ROLE
- Digital Advisory & Innovation
- Advise HR on best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Promote process improvements, automation, and AI opportunities.
- Evaluate current HR systems, propose pragmatic improvements, and ensure scalability.
- Foster digital literacy and user adoption within HR teams.
- Strategic Digital Partnering
- Be the main contact for all HR digital topics, advising HR leaders on digital initiatives.
- Understand HR’s goals and challenges, ensuring digital projects align with strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle.
- Co-create a coherent HR digital roadmap with HR and IT leadership.
- Programme & Project Delivery
- Lead the implementation of the HR software as the first key project, ensuring structured governance, clear deliverables, and successful execution.
- Coordinate HR, IT, and external partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with expected quality.
- Ensure proper scoping, business cases, risk assessments, and change management for all HR technology projects.
- Monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and escalate when necessary.
- Governance & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain a structured portfolio of HR digital initiatives, ensuring transparency on progress, resources, risks, and benefits.
- Track KPIs and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Implement governance practices aligned with corporate IT standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Build trusted relationships with HR, IT, and operational stakeholders.
- Drive change management to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Communicate effectively, translating technical topics into business language to ensure alignment and buy-in.
