THE SCOPE
With more than 30 years of history, Gaming1 is today one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its continuous growth, driven by innovation, is supported by strong local brands and deep market expertise.
As part of this strategy, Gaming1 is looking for two Market Leads to drive the performance of its Belgian brands Circus BE and 777BE.
These are highly operational roles, combining business ownership, marketing execution, and cross-functional coordination. Each Market Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of one brand, ensuring alignment with business targets, seasonality, and brand positioning.
You will work closely with the Business Manager, to whom you will report, and act as the key local point of contact for all stakeholders involved in your brand’s performance. These roles require excellent knowledge of the Belgian market, imperative fluency in Flemish, and a strong ability to translate strategy into daily operational execution.
The main objective of the roles is to maximize commercial performance, player engagement, and operational excellence for the Circus BE and 777BE brands, while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality brand experience.
YOUR ROLE
As Market Lead for Circus BE or 777BE, you will:
- Ensure daily business performance control across Casino and Sports, monitoring KPIs, trends, seasonality, and reporting to the Business Manager
- Define and manage the monthly CRM calendar for Casino & Sports, overseeing the daily execution and evaluation of all CRM and VIP campaigns
- Define internal and external technical needs required to execute profitable CRM campaigns
- Align weekly with the Acquisition team to ensure strong performance and strict budget control
- Monitor gaming activity and player behavior to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating closely with the Casino team on games and vertical positioning
- Manage relationships with game providers to secure exclusive games and negotiate optimal promotional agreements
- Lead daily operational meetings with local stakeholders to guarantee operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Customer Service) to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Build strong connections with land-based operations and international sponsorships to support CRM and brand initiatives
- Act as partial P&L owner for your assigned brand
- Define the tone and strategy of player communications, ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines
- Oversee promotional campaigns aimed at increasing high-value player engagement and retention, ensuring execution by the VIP Management team
