THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an experienced Talent Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team.

As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding the talents who will contribute to Gaming1’s success. You will manage a wide range of recruitments, with a particular focus on IT, engineering, data, and product roles.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the broader HR department to ensure a smooth, professional, and candidate‑centric recruitment experience.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from defining needs to signing contracts
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings across relevant channels
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools
  • Advise hiring managers and support them throughout the decision‑making process
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  • Contribute to recruitment‑related projects
  • Represent Gaming1 at events, meetups, and other talent‑focused activities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a tech, digital, or fast‑growing environment
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
  • Solid understanding of IT roles and terminology, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to assess both technical competencies and soft skills
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
