As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an experienced Talent Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team.
As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding the talents who will contribute to Gaming1’s success.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the broader HR department to ensure a smooth, professional, and candidate‑centric recruitment experience.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from defining needs to signing contracts
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings across relevant channels
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools
- Advise hiring managers and support them throughout the decision‑making process
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
- Contribute to recruitment‑related projects
- Represent Gaming1 at events, meetups, and other talent‑focused activities
