THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, Gaming1 is a leading international player in land-based and online gaming (casino, sports betting, poker). As we continue to grow and innovate, our IT environment is becoming increasingly challenging, supporting both operational excellence and business expansion. 

To meet this challenge, we are building a Governance & Transformation Office: a central function designed to bring clarity, structure, and impact to how IT delivers value.

YOUR ROLE

You won’t just “manage projects”. You will drive delivery, bring clarity, and help build the way we deliver IT

  • Own Delivery End-to-End: Lead projects from scoping to post-go-live, ensuring momentum and results 
  • Bring Structure Where It Matters: Turn complex or unclear needs into clear scope, plans, and priorities 
  • Drive Execution Discipline: Ensure strong follow-up on tasks, risks, and dependencies 
  • Anticipate & Solve: Identify risks early and act before they impact delivery 
  • Align Stakeholders: Coordinate across IT and business to ensure smooth collaboration and execution 
  • Make Progress Visible: Communicate clearly on status, risks, and priorities 
  • Strengthen How We Work: Contribute to building lean, pragmatic governance practices 
  • Continuously Improve: Challenge the status quo and help evolve PMO practices 

YOUR PROFILE

We hire for pragmatism, ownership, and impact. 

  • You are a hands-on Project Manager with proven 5+ years of experience 
  • You thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments and know how to create structure progressively 
  • You adapt your approach using Agile and/or hybrid delivery models 
  • You combine strong analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset 
  • You are a natural leader and collaborator, able to align diverse stakeholders 
  • You have a strong sense of accountability and follow-through 
  • You are a clear communicator, able to structure information and align stakeholders effectively 
  • You are driven by continuous improvement (Lean mindset is a plus) 
  • You are comfortable working with technical teams and IT environments 
  • You hold a PM certification (PMI, Prince2) or equivalent experience 
  • You are fluent in French and comfortable in English (B2+)
