With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for Betting Operators to join its Betting team.
We are looking for two distinct profiles:
A marketing-oriented profile focused on promotions, content visibility, and player experience optimisation. Experience in sports betting or casino environments would be a strong advantage.
A trading-oriented profile focused on odds management and risk control. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with numbers, analytical, and possess strong logical thinking skills.
YOUR ROLE
- Selecting and uploading the leagues/events/markets to be offered according to local interest and legislation
- Configure templates and define the associated margins on the various providers/streams - Under the supervision of the Content Officer
- Ensure a benchmark of the competitive offers (in terms of content) and thus constantly adapt that of our different sites
- Ensure the quality of the content offered, you will monitor the online offer and ensure that it is constantly available
- Monitor the changes and adaptations of the quotes by the suppliers and make sure that there is no latency in the update
- Avoid any financial risk linked to the content, you are responsible for anticipating any risk via a risk management approach thanks to the data at your disposal.
- Continuously analyze player behavior and take action to warn, restrict or even claw back money from certain players if necessary, and if legislation allows and their behavior is considered risky.
- Ensure an excellent user experience on all sites through various administrative tasks: configuring homepages, widgets, translating betting content, testing our sites, reporting bugs.
- Collaborate not only with other local teams (e.g. Risk & Fraud team in their analysis) or international teams, but also with external organizations.
