As CRM intern you are part of the marketing and operations team, which is responsible for the 360 planning and execution of our CRM campaigns and journeys. You will work closely with the CRM Managers and Specialists to assist in driving conversion, improving retention and customer loyalty. Responsible for setting up some communications and promotions.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
In general, you will learn how technology-driven companies, as well as multinational companies, work. You will learn how iGaming companies generate value. Operationally, you will learn to segment audiences, adapt communication content, and integrate communications on websites and third-party tools.

- Schedule emails and promotional communications
- Schedule promotions and tournaments
- Manage sliders and on-site communications
- Analyze the results of such actions
