AFFILIATE MANAGER (BIRKIRKARA-MALTA)

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join its Marketing Department.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management, invoicing, and optimization of our affiliate program, as well as the traffic and revenues linked to our products and services. You will act as the key point of contact between the brand, affiliates, and technical providers.

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage relationships with new affiliates.
  • Provide daily support to existing affiliates: performance analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV, etc.) and produce regular performance reports.
  • Manage invoicing and payment tracking with affiliates.
  • Oversee technical coordination between the affiliate platform and the operator: integration, tracking, bug resolution, and flow optimization.
  • Ensure affiliates compliance with current regulations and brand standards.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing affiliate programs, ideally within gaming, iGaming, or digital performance marketing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models (e.g. postback, pixel tracking).
  • Proven experience in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and growth, with the ability to identify and develop high-value partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of iGaming-specific KPIs and business models (FTDs, NGR, LTV, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven optimization
  • Experience in fraud detection and traffic quality assessment is a strong plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and partner management skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong financial and ROI analysis capabilities.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus (French, Portuguese, Spanish).
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and online communities.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
