As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Domain Architect to join its Architecture team.
YOUR ROLE
The Domain Architect for the Acquisition & Interaction Cluster is a strategic and influential role requiring exceptional expertise across business knowledge, technical acumen, leadership influence, and adaptability.
This individual will shape and guide architectural decisions, refine, influence, lead, and execute the vision for both digital customer channels and digital business channels (including backoffices and management interfaces), driving meaningful business impact and fostering a culture of constructive challenge and continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
Knowledge
Deep understanding of Acquisition Marketing and player communications, ideally within regulated environments such as gambling or similarly complex sectors.- Expert knowledge of anonymous tracking methods and acquisition/conversion funnel management.
- Advanced proficiency in digital channels, with comprehensive skills in Typescript/Javascript (ECMAScript) and a proven track record in coding experience and proficiency (practical coding assessments may be part of the selection process).
- Broad digital knowledge, including metrics optimization, design systems and styleguides, content strategy, information modeling, and strong affinity with UI/UX and user journey optimization.
- Demonstrates holistic thinking combined with pragmatic and hands-on execution.
Leadership
- Proven ability to lead effectively through influence and expertise rather than purely hierarchical authority.
- Strong capability to guide teams by context, establishing clear frameworks within which autonomous execution occurs.
- Recognized as a natural authority, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders positively.
- Experienced in navigating complex interpersonal dynamics and managing sensitive situations diplomatically and effectively.

- Integrate closely with the Data Mesh initiative, identifying and advocating for architecture that enhances analytics scalability and avoids unnecessary complexity or redundancy.
