YOUR ROLE
- Build and execute exciting marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioral change objectives.
- Drive customer awareness of 777’s services and products via education and promotional activity, maximizing customer engagement.
- Carrying out the fulfilment of promotional campaigns such as crediting Free Bets and Free Spins.
- Analyzing A/B tests and suggesting changes to improve overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with the BI team to constantly improve targeting and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative/studio team to deliver exciting on brand content.
- Reporting on campaign performance and providing insightful feedback to the marketing team and management.
- Support the Marketing team in the planning and performance of all communications to Spanish customers.
- Facilitating flawless execution of campaign plans ensuring milestones are met and work is accurate and on time. Primarily Email, SMS & Web Messages.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting which deliver on all Customer Marketing KPIs and with a clear focus on retention, activation and reactivation.
- Contribute to culture of continuous improvement by assisting with pilot projects to test new approaches / technology to optimize campaigns, testing and informing wider team once successful.
- Identifying opportunities for automation.
- Always keeping customer experience at the forefront of your mind when building communications.
- Ensure comms are always within the Spanish compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Reporting to the Country Manager.
