As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its Business & Commercial agreements team.
Within the company’s Business & Commercial Agreements team, provide comprehensive legal support to the Business Units and departments that directly contribute to the Group’s business activities (IT, Gaming, Betting, Marketing, Compliance, …).
YOUR ROLE
- Coordinate projects impacting Group's internal and external contractual supply in collaboration with various business departments and external partners
- Provide legal support in managing Group's BE and international suppliers and clients contractual framework
- Handle online and landbased gaming contracts with players
- Ensure reporting and oversee continuous improvement of Group's processes
- Conduct legal monitoring/researches
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Belgian law (business law, contracts/torts law, or equivalent)
- 3-5 years experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Software licensing and interactive contracts law or practices and/or gambling law and related regulations are a plus
