As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Content & Community Manager to join its Landbased Operations.
The Community Manager is responsible for the complete management of our social media communication. They are capable of working independently and proactively, from content creation to KPI analysis, including planning, publishing, and budget management.
YOUR ROLE
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Develop social media communication plans to support the national strategy and ensure their execution.
- Design and implement specific campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and branding.
Creativity and Innovation:
- Propose specific, impactful, original formats tailored to different platforms.
- Demonstrate creativity to grow the community, enhance brand image, and boost engagement.
Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs, maintain rigorous budget tracking, and provide detailed monthly reports.
- Draw pragmatic conclusions and make improvement proposals.
YOUR PROFILE
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Be an active and engaged team member
- Maintain regular contact with stakeholders, both physically and through WhatsApp groups, and animate these communities
- Possess in-depth expertise in social media and ensure continuous training
- Be able to present oneself, speak in front of the camera, and create interactions with the community
- Cover and amplify events, including evenings and weekends
- Regularly train field teams to ensure effective local account management
- Extraverted, mature, charismatic, open, and approachable personality
- Passion for social media, with the ability to act as a mini-blogger
- Ability to make decisions and interact with legitimacy and recognition among field teams
- Passion for sports, especially football
- Interest in the casino world and entertainment in general
- Advanced skills in managing editing software and excellent writing skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Presence on the field
- Availability in the evening and on weekends during special events
- Close collaboration with national and local teams
