As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Principal Architect.
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across our three Swiss entities (Baden, Crans-Montana and Davos). Based in Baden, you will be responsible for supporting both our online and retail activities, ensuring consistent and high-quality HR practices across all sites.
YOUR ROLE
- Draft and maintain HR document templates
- Ensure alignment of local recruitment activities with HQ guidelines
- Manage administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding (contracts, time tracking, absences, exits)
- Administer employee social insurance matters
- Liaise with external payroll provider and ensure secure, compliant payroll execution
- Provide guidance and support on all employee lifecycle-related queries
- Assist managers in handling employee concerns or conflicts, aiming for constructive resolution
- Act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor to leadership
- Drive the HR integration of entities, including digitalization, personnel regulations, compensation systems, frameworks, and procedures
- Actively contribute to executive committee meetings as a full member
- Centralize and relay HR information to headquarters
- Foster collaboration and alignment between the three entities
