As part of its continued growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Responsible Gambling Analyst Student to join its Compliance team.

As a Responsible Gambling Student, you will support the Responsible Gambling team with its day-to-day administrative and operational activities. You will work closely with the team to ensure that information is correctly recorded, documentation is up to date and Responsible Gambling processes are properly supported. This student position is a great opportunity to discover Responsible Gambling and player protection in a regulated gaming environment.
 

YOUR ROLE

  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to Responsible Gambling.

  • Update and maintain player information and case documentation in internal systems.

  • Help ensure that files and records are complete, accurate and up to date.

  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of reports, documents and supporting evidence.

  • Perform basic checks based on predefined procedures and escalate any issue to the appropriate team member.

  • Support the follow-up of Responsible Gambling alerts and cases from an administrative perspective.

  • Use internal tools, dashboards and Excel to encode, organise and update information.

  • Help maintain clear and structured documentation for internal reviews and audits.

  • Support the team with other day-to-day operational and administrative tasks when needed.

  • Handle all player and company information with confidentiality and respect data protection requirements.
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently a student, ideally pursuing studies in Humanities, Law, Psychology, or a related field.

  • You are organised, accurate and comfortable with administrative tasks.

  • You pay attention to detail and are comfortable following established procedures.

  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, or willing to learn.

  • You are reliable and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • You are curious and eager to learn more about Responsible Gambling, the gaming industry, and the challenges of operating in a highly regulated and fast-evolving environment.

  • You can work independently while knowing when to ask for support.

  • You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • French is required, as you will work closely with local stakeholders and team members.

  • You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
