Redefining What's Possible. Building for the Long Term.
Because tomorrow's performance is built on today's commitments.
Our fourth ESG Report reflects a strategy where responsible growth becomes a driver of innovation.
At GAMING1, we believe that a successful company is, above all, one that creates lasting value—for its employees, its players, its partners, and the communities in which it operates.
This conviction guides every decision we make and gives meaning to our fourth ESG Report.
More than a transparency exercise, this report reflects a vision: that of a Group committed to investing in innovation, anticipating the evolution of its industry, and making responsibility a true driver of value creation.

Our ESG strategy enters a new phase
The year 2025 marks an important milestone in the maturity of our ESG journey.
To support this evolution, we strengthened our methodology by updating our Double Materiality Assessment in line with the forthcoming European sustainability reporting requirements. This approach enables us to identify the issues that matter most, both for our business and for all our stakeholders.
Player protection, employee wellbeing, responsible governance and environmental transition now form the pillars of our strategy and guide our long-term decision-making.
Because building sustainably starts with knowing where to focus our efforts.
Turning innovation into responsibility
At GAMING1, technology only has value when it serves people.
This conviction is embodied in ROBIN (Risky Online Behaviour Indicators), our responsible gaming strategy, which continues to evolve through artificial intelligence and scientific research.
In 2025, ROBIN was enhanced with new features such as the Activity Report and the Reality Check, enabling players to better understand their gaming behaviour, take a step back, and stay in control of their play. By the end of the year, an average of 205,104 gaming limits were active across our platforms, highlighting the central role that moderation tools play in our prevention strategy.
At the same time, we continued our collaboration with several Belgian universities to deepen our understanding of at-risk gambling behaviours and further strengthen prevention measures.
Because redefining what's possible also means finding new ways to protect players.
Recognition that reflects concrete action
The progress achieved this year has also been recognised externally.
For the fourth consecutive year, GAMING1 was awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, with a score of 77/100, six points higher than the previous year. This performance now places the Group among the top 7% of companies worldwide assessed for corporate sustainability.
We also received, for the first time, an MSCI A rating, awarded by one of the world's leading ESG rating agencies, recognising in particular the quality of our human capital management practices.
In addition, we earned Top Employer certification for the fifth consecutive year, achieving an overall score of 82.91%, with continuous improvement over the past four years. This certification recognises our commitment to providing an engaging, inclusive and empowering workplace where our employees can thrive.
These achievements are not an end in themselves. They encourage us to continue pursuing continuous improvement.
Expanding our impact beyond our performance
Building sustainably also means looking beyond our own operations.
In 2025, we continued to reduce our environmental footprint, strengthen our responsible procurement policy, develop more sustainable mobility solutions and prepare our future climate transition plan. Hybrid and electric vehicles now represent 41.7% of our company fleet, compared with 26.5% in 2024, while 110 employees opted for the mobility plan in Belgium, demonstrating our commitment to accelerating the transition towards more sustainable transportation.
We also continued investing in the employee experience through the opening of the G1 Fitness Club, the launch of a cafeteria plan in Belgium, and the international rollout of our Everyone a Shareholder programme, enabling employees to take an active part in the Group's development.
Together, these initiatives reflect a shared ambition: to drive the sustainable growth of our business while creating a positive impact across our ecosystem.
A long-term vision
As Nicolas Léonard, Board Member of GAMING1, explains:
"We are fortunate to have the opportunity to invest, innovate and build. At GAMING1, we intend to make the most of that opportunity—not because regulations require it, but because we genuinely believe that the choices we make today will shape the legitimacy of our industry tomorrow. That is perhaps the greatest challenge of ESG: creating a lasting alignment between business performance and collective responsibility."
Our 2025 ESG Report tells the story of this ambition.
Redefining what's possible by making innovation a driver of progress.
Building for the long term by embedding every decision within a long-term vision.
Because tomorrow's performance will not be measured solely by our results, but also by the positive impact we choose to create today.
