The Customer Cluster is responsible for managing user identity and access across our platform. This includes core functionalities such as user registration, authentication (login), and account lifecycle management. Operating within a regulated environment, we also ensure compliance with legal and business constraints through features like user exclusion and blacklist enforcement.
YOUR ROLE
- Analysing and developing the site's features
- Integrating developments through data provided by the back-end team (component orientated development)
- Ensuring the development cycle for the systems used is implemented properly and that it integrates the tests
- Working together with technical experts to outline the best practices for development
- Ensuring technical control of the web domain
