As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Solutions Architect to drive the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural vision, ensuring that our software products meet business needs while adhering to enterprise standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will act as a mentor, a technology strategist, and a key contributor to solution delivery.
This position is within the Gaming1 department, which is responsible for delivering technical solutions for all land-based establishments of the group, including casinos, gaming halls, and sports betting centers. In addition, the department provides support to the group’s corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and other support services.

- Architect with Purpose: Design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align business needs with enterprise standards and operational constraints.
- Turn Complexity into Clarity: Translate business and functional requirements into coherent architectures and break them down into deliverable, iterative components.
- Guard the Architecture: Challenge and validate technical implementations delivered by internal teams or external partners, ensuring consistency, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Enable Delivery Excellence: Support teams throughout the solution lifecycle, embedding performance, security, scalability, and reliability by design.
- Innovate & Improve: Reduce technical debt, explore new technologies, run Proofs of Concept, and continuously evolve architectural guidelines and reference patterns.
