We are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team based in Liège. You will play a key role in managing legal matters related to our activities in Belgium and internationally.
YOUR ROLE
- Advise and support internal teams on legal aspects related to gambling and the applicable regulations on the French market;
- Conduct legal and regulatory watch in gaming law, business law, and compliance;
- Draft and negotiate contracts (partnerships, service providers, suppliers...) and handle first-line follow-up of client/supplier disputes;
- Manage, together with the management team, relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance of activities;
- Provide legal support to the HR and administrative departments (a plus);
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and anticipate legal risks.
YOUR ROLE
- Master’s degree in French law (business law, public law, or equivalent)
- 2 - 3 years experience
- Broad knowledge of French law and procedures applicable in France
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of gambling law and related regulations is a plus
- Experience in HR or administrative law is a plus
