As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Motion Designer to join its Graphic Design team.
This role reflects the company’s need for dynamic, innovative, and engaging visual content. As a Motion Designer you will be part of the Design team, a creative hub that works closely with marketing, branding, product and many other internal and external teams to bring campaigns and experiences to life. Reporting to the Design Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with a team of designers and creative professionals. The main objective of the position is to conceptualize and deliver high-quality motion assets that help increase user engagement across digital channels.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must combine strong technical animation skills with a sharp design eye and a solid understanding of how to meet objectives. A curious, proactive personality, a strong sense of organisation, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment are key for success.
YOUR ROLE
- Create animated graphic productions incorporating video, 2D and 3D animation, special effects, sound, and typography.
- Produce original video files for digital use (banners, intros/outros, social media, etc.).
- Deliver productions to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Adapt a master version into all media/video variations of a campaign.
- Provide files tailored to the technical requirements of each medium (size, file format, color profile, etc.).
- Design each visual and its content based on the medium in which it will be published.
- Use the appropriate tools/software for each task and deliver the required file formats.
- Research, read, explore, and stay informed through various sources within the design profession and industry.
- Keep up with market trends and developments (via training or other means).
