As part of its growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist to join the Marketing Team.
The main objective of the role is to drive player acquisition and strengthen the brand across multiple channels and markets through high-performing paid campaigns.
YOUR ROLE
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across SEA, Display, and Paid Social channels.
- Manage and optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful assets for campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze competitors, and implement improvements.
- Support app-related marketing campaigns and propose performance optimizations.
- Report results to stakeholders and maintain transparency across business units.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards (ISO 27001).
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing across SEA, Display, and Paid Social.
- Expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
- Results-driven, organized, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English.
